What is Title IX?

Recent Changes to Title IX

Who Can I Talk To?
You can speak to anyone that you feel comfortable talking to. What Happens When I Report Misconduct?

Remedial Actions

Investigation

However, the advisor or attorney may not participate directly.

Appeal

- The appellant has discovered new evidence, not previously available, which would have materially affected the outcome of the investigation.
